"I know that the chamber is a vibrant organisation, committed to growth for Montego Bay... I am also committed, in fact we are going to be opening an office of industry, investment and commerce in Montego Bay so that we have a greater presence to facilitate business in Montego Bay," Folkes Abrahams, the West Central St James MP, said.

 Hylton said that a part of his ministry's focus is "to remove the stumbling blocks" that "have year in and year out" frustrated businesses.
